Theo Panousopoulos is the listing agent of this property.

He is an award winning video producer and web developer. His career began in television, where within 6 months he advanced to senior art director. Maximizing visual identity of the station across all media (print, internet, tv) was his responsibility. He holds a BFA in Visual Communication and Media (UofA). Gaining experience was his goal so he continued onto corporate European advertising agencies, structural engineering and architecture firms and for 11 years was employed by a luxury real estate developer and a manufacturer of energy efficiency products.

He is fluent in English, Spanish and Greek. Theo is a student of architecture, a realtor, an avid gardnener and a loving father.
